Time-Lapse Tuesday: On the Machame route

The conical heights of Kilimanjaro beckon to climbers the world over to attempt an ascent on its summit. And, after a hard day’s trekking, the sight of a newly set-up camp is extremely welcome.

But before settling down for the night, there’s still plenty to do. Watch the torch lights buzz frantically as our trekkers make their way around their tents, while overhead, the stars keep time at a much slower pace.
